I can say so many wonderful things about Josiah. He became my agent after I contacted him about one of his properties. I had been working with a couple of other agents with no luck. She is terrific. We downsized to a high rise condo and had not closed on a property in 30 years. We requested a viewing and Cynthia made an appointment us within 24 hours.
